Five steps to success

During the five-stage implementation process, we focus on ensuring your organization has the skills to easily use and maintain Remedyforce on your own.

Stage 1: Plan and Prepare

Consistent and proven project management discipline and standards help you define project expectations, schedule, and governance to reduce risk for those involved.

Stage 2: Knowledge Transfer

Led by BMC Certified Consultants, enablement plays a key role in our delivery approach. Knowledge Transfer prepares the team to make critical design decisions.

  • Administrator guide

Stage 3: Strategy and Design

Providing a holistic overview of the Remedyforce solution, the Strategy component raises attendees’ awareness of the overall capabilities of the solution and establishes business goals and KPIs. The Design component stimulates discussion and decision-making for the ITSM components of each phase with the output captured in a planning workbook document.

Stage 4: Configure, Test, and Approve

For a high-quality, high-performance implementation, we configure the planning workbook design in a customer sandbox and perform unit testing validation.

Stage 5: Go Live Deployment and Assistance

To make the move from sandbox to production a seamless experience, we work with you to manage the go-live event, taking additional opportunities for knowledge transfer and enablement, and remain on hand to provide assistance and coaching as the solution enters its first days of live use.
